The Laughing Rogue

As the patron of music and art of any kind, all those who try to make the world a more beautiful place through these means have his blessing. He is also a great trickster and prankster, and expects his followers to both take a joke and, know how to make one. He particularly likes wine, and making it then drinking it in good company is one of the most joyful things you can do in life. And you should enjoy yours: temperance and solemnity are the poison of the soul.
After The Age of Mortality, Olidammara has also taken over The Raven Queen's old duties.  He allowed the plane to flood, and now maintains a large staff of "tour guides" in the Astral Plane who sail on the newly created Astral Sea, helping departed souls make their way to the appropriate afterlife.  Olidammara is not as strict about this as his predecessor, and departed souls find they have some say in where they end up.  Some even choose to remain in the Astral Plane, either living on one of the landmasses or serving as tour guides themselves.

The church of Olidammara has no religious texts. Instead, dogma is passed down by word of mouth alone. Considering that the faithful are rarely sober during religious events, it is quite common for teachings to directly contradict each other. This chaos is entirely by design, as one of the few teachings all faithful can agree on is that agreeing with each other is boring.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

The divine symbol of Olidammara is a smiling mask. Some faithful wear a pendant of some kind depicting the image, while others tattoo it directly onto their person. Still others travel with an actual mask on at all times.

Tenets of Faith

A few teachings that all faithful can agree on:

• Bowing to be a showoff is fine, but bowing in submission is not.
• Persue what you want for yourself, not what others want of you.
• Have a sense of humor at all times. Never be somber or boring.
• Always participate in song and dance when the opportunity arises.
• No vows of poverty, celibacy, temperance, etc. allowed. Suffering is not a mark of honor.
• Keep as much for yourself as you can meaningfully spend to improve your own life, and then give the rest away so that others can improve the things around you in your stead. Greed is not a sin, but hoarding wealth is.
• Give away your belongings when you die. It won't do you any good, anyway.

Olidammara loves almost everything. Parties, Pranks, jokes, smiling, adultery, indulgence, narcotics, lying, pride, thievery, money, music, poetry... the list goes on and on.
He dislikes extreme beliefs of any kind. Furthermore, he considers negative emotions to be sinful. Sadness is a poison of the soul, for which the ideal cure is alcohol and partying.
