Rink
Rink is a kobold thief. He is the follower and adopted son of the goddess Natsu. He works for Ouroboros, conducting secret missions of various kinds.
Most recently, he has been on a mission looking for specific people. "Bright" people, as they appear through the Monocle of Souls he got from Hobbs. He said it might be too sensitive, since it occasionally picks up wild animals, and intended to have Cyrci take a look at adjusting it.
