The Bears

The Bears are a small gang in Sigil.  They mostly keep to themselves, but have been known to partake in some minor fraud, drug dealing, and smuggling.  They tend to stay in residential regions, but sometimes venture elsewhere in the city, especially Ollie's Welcome Wagon, which is often an easy place to find customers.  They also sometimes engage in armed conflicts with The Bulls.
