The Bulls

The Bulls are a small gang in Sigil. They mostly keep to themselves, but have been known to partake in some prostitution, smuggling, and drug dealing.  They tend to stay in residential regions, but sometimes venture elsewhere in the city, especially back alleys of the Market District when most of the populace is asleep.  They also sometimes engage in armed conflicts with The Bears.
