The Forum

The forum is a meeting area for the vampires of Sigil, where they feed on willing volunteers so that they do not have to hunt the people of Sigil. They try to avoid attention, especially from The Window, even though several members of the window know about the place. In fact, a few members of The Window even serve as willing blood donors.
