Toad's Crossing
Toad's Crossing is a large, community-operated complex located in The Toad's Boardwalk. It resembles a modern train station, with lots of benches and clocks and people waiting around. Various clerks keep track of who is departing to which places, or are living in which places within the city, in order to help departed souls find each other before moving on to their afterlives.
