Ysgard

Home primarily to chaotic good heroes and soldiers, Ysgard is a beautiful place, but also under a constant state of war. The inhabitants fight for all eternity, but they do not begrudge this fate. Instead, they relish in the opportunity to continuously test themselves against each other. It is common for thousands-strong armies to clash into each other hooting, hollering, and even singing songs as they attempt to mutilate each other. They can maintain this positive attitude because the slain always rise again at the crack of dawn on the next day. When they are not fighting, they are usually partying; Ysgard is home to some of the largest, most bustling taverns of the universe.

Geography

Ysgard is a rugged realm of soaring mountains, deep fjords, and windswept battlefields. The weather is harsh; with very hot summers and very cold winters. The land consists of four continents floating atop an ocean of lava, and they slowly float around the plane, even colliding with each other every few centuries. Beneath the lava can be found a vast network of ice caverns, some of which are large enough to contain entire kingdoms.

Fauna & Flora

In addition to a wide variety of deceased warriors, many legendary creatures can be found here, such as giants, dragons, and even a few titans. The residents frequently do battle against such creatures to test their mettle.
