Guvn0r is the Synt personality partition in charge of the Labour Banishment Nexus prison complex. Guvn0r has a suite of 100 realistic looking synthetic human avatars, one for each InMate Percentile. These human looking avatars can be occupied simultaneously or singularly, and in this way Guvn0r is able to observe and influence InMate life at street level. Guvn0r is insidious and unknowable. Its meticulous and intricate plans play out from multiple imperceptible and interlinked angles at once, coalescing unexpectedly at the perfect moment for ultimate success.
A Guvn0r avatar may ingratiate itself in to an InMate community, spend multiple years building up friendships and relationships of all kinds, forging trade links and becoming a trusted member of their sub-culture, even fostering children, only to one day betray them all for a small piece of seemingly inconsequential intelligence, needed as part of a wider scheme planned many cycles in advance. The avatar then disappears, remembered as a snitch or believed dead or missing.
99 of Guvn0r's avatars are unknown to the majority of the PBA, the 1Percentile avatar, the chief of the InMate FED guards, is regarded as the only Guvn0r. This version of it is slightly more obviously non-human, not needing to hide its identity in this role. Although, it is still far more humanoid in form than many physical Synt representatives. Guvn0r is incredibly, powerfully, intelligent. It is manipulative, coercive, and deceitful.
