Atarah Philemon

Atarah Philemon was a Human sorcerer. She was one Kadmiels eight companions, and essential in his fight against the dragons. She captained the ship to the Assurian Basin that brought Kadmiel and his generals. Her ship, the Verbane landed at what is called nowadays Philemons reach. Atarah is nowadays worshiped as one of the main gods of the Assurian Basin pantheon.
Her religous moniker is The Impetuous", probably referring to her brash temper.
She is the namesake for the imperial province Philleas, where the majority of her followers reside
