Horsmark Woods
Horsmark woods is a large cultivated forest in the centre of Libertalia. It is known for containing paths wide enough for several horses to ride abreast.
Geography
Situated against the Dolormore Bluffs and the Stratmack Desert, is Horsmark Woods. Sanctuary is the main landmark inside the woods, but it also contains Pradie and Cressac.
Localized Phenomena
While this is a forest, it does not grow naturally. All the trees appear to have been planted in an organized manner, and there is no underbrush. The area contains many meadows, glades and other places ideal for picnicking. Even if you can't see them, the entire area smells of wild flowers throughout the year.
Fauna & Flora
This forest contains everything you would imagine to find in a forest, with a larger than normal amount of flowers, moss and other soft, pretty things. The local wildlife is fairly tame, and unafraid of humanoids in a general sense, even though they are clearly still wild and not tame. It is not uncommon to find deer and other gentle animals investigating those who come for picnics.
