A member of the Andalusian Empire, Miriam Oresworth saw the curse killing off those around her and decided to flee. Taking her family and friends with her, she fled underground to the natural caverns that would grow to be the country of Adularia. Her legendary stone sense helped to guide her, and became the center of her myth.

Personal history

Born to the Andalusian Empire, Miriam was one of the few who remained devout to the gods. As the curse began to kill citizens off, she prayed to Vadeathra for help, and after gathering friends and family she followed her stone sense and fled beneath the Spinel Mountains. Though there were monsters living in the caves already, she led the troupe in clearing them out and helped to establish Adularia and Felspar.

Accomplishments & Achievements

The creation of Adularia is her greatest accomplishment, however most people remember her for being the first person to use her stone sense to do things beyond testing the clarity of gems and sensing where mines should go. She plotted the route of her group using her powerful stone sense, and was even able to detect the presence of monsters before they reached the group so that she could fend them off.
