Kinton Habitations
Kinton Habitations is one of the large districts in Charlie which is predominantly used for housing. Everyone who works and lives in Charlie lives within this district, except those that choose to live on their ships or in the places of work. The habitations are split up into three different sections that differ due to the amount of money each one costs.
Lask Point is a largely unpopulated area with only the cream of the crop living there. They have large units to themselves, sometimes with multiple units attached and even garden pods. That sometimes work. The only known populated penthouse contains the Admins. The rest lay largely abandoned and forgotten.
The Avenue section of habitations is your most typical of the prefabs. They are relatively well maintained by the tenants and one family lives in a unit. They have good weather protection and have all of the home necessities, along with a few luxuries that each family has chosen to add in. This district is the biggest of all of the districts and the most colourful and eclectic section.
Barely held together, the Bayside section of habitations are more like cardboard than metal. They are the worst spaces you could live in with leaky rooves, faulty plumbing and sometimes spontaneous electric shorts. They are the most heavy hit by the sandstorms of all the habitation buildings. They were built with 'cramming' in mind and a lot of the families who live there live with other families in one prefab unit.
