Biological parent of Inana Chabot. Once the masked lord known as Lord Mari, Aldric Chabot was the leader of many bannerfolk from Sheepben. He and many of his bannerfolk died while defending Hadlen Priory from the Soan. His daughter, Inana, was left to the priory to come of age and lead her father's bannerfolk.
