Free States

The Free States are the loose affiliation of the cities of Levinloch, Whitewave, Drowned Point, Seashell Springs, and Islalonay. The cities are in a constant state of competition attempting to become the most important city in the islands and/or to gain the most favor with the crown. The Floating City also known as Zora's Respite acts as the official center for the region after the crown decided to remain neutral in the over present competition between the cities.
The denizens of each city take great pride in their home and their culture. While open fights between the cities is rare, thanks largely to the crown's presence, smaller scale and more personal confrontations are common ie espionage, sabotage, and bar fights.
