Melina Notesinger Aressia is a well traveled adventurer of many trades. Any who come across Melina speak highly of her skills in combat, knowledge of terrain and her stunning appearance. Melina uses her large variety of skills to not only survive the harsh wilderness of Prototokos, but also earn a living. This female adventurer knows her way around a blade, as well as a bargain. Her tenacious skills scale further than fighting, she also has a knack for trading and barter. But Melina's real talent comes from the innate ability to track, seek out answers and find those who do not want to be found. She has been known to hunt everything from large beasts, rare plants and even collect bounties. Her intentions are not for glory, but in the spirit of building confidence within herself and gaining as much knowledge as possible. Although not specifically aligning herself with any belief, rather good or evil, Melina will consider the better of two halves rather than just entertain the largest bid of her services. Unaware of her true past Melina has a fond heart for orphans and salvations that help young people find their way. Melina can be found traveling with her trusted, and dear friend Oswald the Overburdened. Said to have been friends since childhood, it is believed the two are the only ones who know each others past. There have been stories of Melina and Oswalds past connecting them to the small orphan town of Nanty Glo, but that to is not certain. Melina speaks a very rare form of language that her and Oswald refer to as "Keerg". She can speak 9 languages, understand 13 forms of language and can write in 10 different styles. Melina wields a rare weapon her and her companion have named "The Flame Chamber". Its believed she purchased the rare item during on the grand auction stage of Sterling. The Flame Chamber fits Melina's fighting prowess and allows her to be quick on her feet and stay out of harms range whenever possible. None know exactly how the rare item works, but Melina shows superb confidence with it in her grasp. None who come to paths with Melina forget her, if not her striking appearance or skilled wits, than her intense fighting ability will sure keep her memorable.
