Once satisfied with the work that his new favorite creation has started, Velxus begins searching for a way into the Beyond so that he may exact his revenge on the two that were responsible for his banishment. After nearly two thousand years of searching and being evaded, he decides to create an opening with the Nexus of Chaos.
