"In the night, it all did start with grave-plundering dark, The wicked deed, barely seen, took folk unawares in a mark. So did our Nor, the hearth and home, vanish from sight. With strange magics and grim omens in the night, They rose from slumber, to march once more, 'tis the embering of Olnore's light." -Embering of Olnore, by Eldarin Vathyra, 12 3E

Near the end of Eyre in the year 2277 2E, it was discovered by the keepers of the tomb of Nythallone, a place in which the fallen men and women of the battle of Nythallone were held in memorial, had been broken into and ransacked. After an investigation of the crime it was found that the only area that was touched by the intruders was the section of the tomb wherein the Aeadin dead were kept, though nothing of note was missing. Though seemingly minor at the time, it would later prove to be the start of the downfall of Olnore.
