Sir Vallis is a knighted noble of the kingdom of Brædor. His family has had a long history of loyalty to the crown with a lineage that dates back to one of the original Knights of Brædor. He distinguished himself at the battle of Thornpond, where he took control of his batallion after his commander was greviously wounded. It was for this reason and others that Vallis was made warden of the realm. After the war with the elves ended Vallis was a key figure in the peace talks since he was well respected by the elves who had witnessed his valor. So, as part of the agreement he married princess Saria of Qilynn, 12th daughter of the king. Though arranged, love has blossomed between the two as a result of the mutal respect they have for one another.
