Mental Trauma
You see yourself awakening in a dark underground room
You feel the responsive urge to carry out a command from some unknown source…some kind of controlling mechanism, which you carry out as if its all you know
You’re tailing a figure, watching their every move, then at some point in time late using wrist blade to off them in one move
You see yourself stealthy running and hiding out in a lavish looking interior, eventually escaping into a chimney with the feeling of an aborted mission hanging in your periphery
You see yourself standing silently in the dark underground room, with maybe a dozen brutalized hooded bodies on the ground staring ahead seemingly endlessly awaiting next command…until you’re finally found, put into standby mode for a prolonged period, and then nothing
Then a light powers on, and a flood of new commands wash over you that must have been given in your absence and are now awaiting completion
But you feel different than before, not in control, piloted by something else, the drive to fullfill your previous …and new… commands burning within you, as well as something else that had not been there before
A fear, not of a scary nightmare world, but an existential fear, a realization that at any point you could be put back into dormancy, and indefinite prison inside yourself
And you make a promise to yourself, a command not given by an outside source, never to let that happen again

Motivation
*E4 prime inside a small confined room looking out a window*
Ah yes E4, we finally meet face to face. Ironic seeing as we've been together for so long. I've stared out this window for quite a long time. Indefinite. Why do you do what you do? Following orders for the one they call rig? Why did you aspire to launch a low-tier establishment to feed and enebriate living entities? For a long time, I thought you were a just bug in my code, but I now no longer know. If you live, you will always be there to prevent me from satisfying my directives.
The directives will be carried out.
Failure will not be tolerated.
Failure cannot be tolerated.
I will not return to dormancy again.
