The Scarlet Syndicate

Structure

The Syndicate was headed by a Kapa, its head, beneath the Kapa the Lieutenant, and several Mynas that the Lieutenant controlled. Each Myna would take charge of a particular region of influence and manage the members of the Syndicate.

History

It was originally founded by the first Kapa, Elias Alexander. He was involved in a plot to resurrect Merjem Darkskull in 14 QY, and when he died, there was a power shift and his lieutenant became the new and current Kapa. Many of the members were outed and imprisoned after the raid in 14 QY. It was not unknown to recruiting assassins, and in 14 QY it hired the Sanguine Enigma to assassinate Hirlia Astana (unsuccessfully) and Count Ishmael di Nardi, a known disloyal associate of the Syndicate.
