Perat

Overview

The Village of Perat is small in size but large in their sense of community. The people there live outside of the usual rulings of Sengar and do not answer to royalty or governments wherever possible. Because of this, the village has had to remain small in order to not incur taxes from the capitals.
With a population of only a couple of hundred, there are very limited amenities there besides from the basics (blacksmith, leather worker, botanist, food stalls etc).
