Stitch's Abyss

Overview

This tremendously large gash into the surface of Raiyon is one of the oldest known natural landmarks of the planet. Rumours dictate that this large wound to the planet was caused during a battle between Gods and Titans and has sat there ever since. Several miles long, Stitch's abyss parallels the surging mountains to the east of Goldmantle. The ravine itself runs so deep that as you get near to the bottom of it the heat becomes unbearable, but before then there are other problems for any adventurers or nations which desire to descend. About 10 foot down into the ravine there begins a thick layer of cobwebs, with each passing 30 foot or so the webs get thicker and thicker, eventually becoming untraversable on their own, let alone the creatures which come with them.
