The Overhang is an immense wall built upon the vertical shaft leading down toward the Abstieg. The fortification features several under-hanging cannonades and archery battlements. The Overhang itself extends 800 meters across, featuring a small castle structure within its innards before leading to the variety of elevators extending downward.

Infrastructure

Azar is a layered city, consisting 4 layers from top to bottom.

• Vier Schicht: Imperial Accommodations, including the throne room, the imperial chambers, and Azar Citadel.

• Drei Schicht: The Upper Districts, largely formed of noble houses and honourable merchant houses.

• Zwei Schicht. The Common Districts, formed of general serf houses, along with merchants, markets, and guild halls.

• Eins Schicht. The Overhang, along with miner's outposts and various warehouses.
