Personal history
With no recollection of his former self, the man found himself in a world he did not know, his only possession being a strange half of an orb. Though he did not know why, the man was also filled with the feeling to head in a certain direction, a pull almost, and thus he started walking. He walked for days on end, his mouth and body feeling more dry, his eyes and body feeling weary and riddled with pain, and his lower abdomen growling at him but he passed on, not knowing the cause. It was only when he spotted a few strange four legged creatures partaking of some berries and river water, when he found himself lying in the dirt not knowing when night turned day, that he learned his body required these things to ward off the strange sensations. He would learn more food options over time, some made his body feel good, others not so much. One day, he ran across a strange creature draped in strange rags and various accessories and covered in a strange red liquid. With the strange feeling the creature no longer had need for these things, he took them for his own, adorning them in a near similar fashion to how he saw the corpse had been adorned. Another day, he came across a large bear, eating the corpse of a dead creature. The bear took notice and began to charge. The man did not know why, but an instinct came over him and from his hand, flew a bolt of fire at the beast. The beast was scared off, but the man was left with curiosity and thus spent the day uncovering these strange powers of his.
