Prime Sultan Zaemal Shatar

The current Prime Sultan over the 4 Sultanates of Vaqoril . He has been the Prime Sultan for 9 years now. He is a brash man who is not afraid to tell people how things are. He is fairly loose with his rule and allows the 4 Sultans to mainly make decisions, but will listen to their ideas.
Zaemal is a tall man, at 6'2, he stays fit and enjoys sailing. Of course he has a few of his own ships and throws parties on them for the elite of Vaqoril. There are long stretches of time occasionally where he is not even seen in Krask while he stays out on the ocean. This makes many feel like he isn't a very present leader, but he still keeps the Sultans in check.
