Overview

A magical order operating out of the Tempus Sea on Marus; each is sworn to Caydon Rel through oaths of blood and iron. They are the scalpel with which the tyrannical god excises those who break his perfect system. One can always recognize its members by the banded iron circlets permanently sealed around each of their forearms and biceps. The number of circlets, from one to five, denotes the individual's position in the order's hierarchy. They are widely considered to be among the most skilled practitioners the Relic Arts have to offer. Rumor has it that any Gifted who make a a name for themselves will one day find an agent of the Banded Circle on their doorstep... best hope they come to you as friend and not foe...
