Undecimus
Undecimus is a medium sized settlement located deep below The Tenth District in The Undercity. It is a major gathering place along a long canal which flows out of Deadbridge Station.
Like much of the undercity the architecture is what remains of ruined city structures which have been built over for millenia. However in Undecimus, unlike much of the Undercity, the structures here have been somehwat maintained and denizens have formed a functioning community. Undecimus serves as a sort of hub beneath the city with multiple vendors selling wares, lodging, a school, shops, and a tavern. The Witnesses of Yore also have a chapel here they have converted into a chapterhouse.
