Snapping Dragon
Basic Information
Anatomy
The snapping dragon is similar build to most turtle like species, however it has a strong shells and four powerful legs in the water. It also has a strong tail to use in fights if needed. Its covered in a strong skin that can resemble a bit like rock.
Genetics and Reproduction
Snapping dragons begin reproducing around end September where the female lays upon 20-40 eggs. Males will begin fertilising the eggs and they bury them near their den.
Growth Rate & Stages
Snapping dragons grow extremely slow. only around 20 years it will be the size of a puppy. around 80 it reaches full adult where it can begin reproducing. they life at least around 130 years.
Ecology and Habitats
Optimal environment for snapping dragons are swampy territories or extreme wetlands. When found in these terrains they will use hide in the water or muddy area digging a bit in to blend in.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Snapping dragons are mainly carnivore's eating fish and smalls animals. But, when there are no animals it feed weed of some species of seagrass.
Behaviour
Snapping Dragons are extremely aggressive towards other, they are mainly waiting predator until something is close to them they will bite and attack trying to rip the part they bitten off.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
in a small body of water mainly 5-10 will living in an area of the body water, in a full area at least 50 can be found.

Snapping turtle are consider quit intelligent. They mainly know how to survive and will learn how to blend in with their terrain.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
The snapping dragon commonly uses it's vibration and heating sensing abilities to see and feel, it's eyesight is poorly but uses more a field of touch instead.
