Leia wetlands

Geography

The terrain of the area is mainly wetlands like, where large bodies of fresh water and heavy water plants. there is also small forest part that's a bit hilly to go. There is also a grassland where there more hill like terrain with heavy large grass fields.

Ecosystem

Animals are consider small here as the dominant creature are the eastern storks. Most of the reptile stay in the water or hide in tall grass as birds are near the water and grassland. Fish like animals stay in the water only a few going into the wetlands parts. Most animals find it easy around this terrain as the interaction with each other is rare. Only larger animals struggle in the wetland territories.

Ecosystem Cycles

good number of the reptiles go into hibernation will a few birds go back to their eastern territory until spring again, but most animals stay. Plants will go slowly go into hibernation or stay awake, however they get quickly eaten by animals going into hibernation.

Localized Phenomena

Many consider the heavy flooding that goes to the sea as a phenomena, but older locals consider when cattails slowly go down when lighting hits the forest like part. However, it doesn't burn down which nobody knows why.

Climate

The temperature is mainly warmer parts from the south. As is light warm with a few breeze. However, it very humid due to the rain storms that happen at least three times a week.

Fauna mainly consist of reptiles or aquatic animals

    Natural Resources

    This place is rich with different species of plants for all uses for people and small part of a forest where wood and rocks can be found. There is also animals which are used commonly hunted for many reason. Man made parts are the grain fields and other fields for vegetables.

    History

    Leia wetlands was originally called Sangai-Usha swamps, but it lost it's name during the battle of the wetlands during the Hona war and was named Leia wetlands due to his charge against the Sangai troops. It was later then given to the locals there but now is but under the foot of Hona as a village is used to slowly take resources from the terrain.
