Tiefling Sorcerer
Remonus Blackflame is the tiefling head of sorcery at The Stormveil Mystic Academy. As sorcery is an innate magical ability it cannot exactly be taught, and so his role within the academy is more about helping inexperienced sorcerers learn to control and harness their full magical potential. Due to the unpredictable and chaotic nature of uncontrolled raw sorcery, Remonus' classes take place in a large open space in what was once the dungeon on the castle, decorated with large torches and beautiful carpets to make the stone space more welcoming. His office is also underground decorated with gold, large paintings, nice carpets and a pet Pheonix perched in the corner of the room. He is also head of the Academy's duelling club, in which students may test their magical capabilities by sparring competitively with one another in his underground classroom. This club is generally favoured by wizards and sorcerers as their spells tend to be more offensive.

Remonus has been teaching at the academy a much shorter time than many of his colleagues, having a shorter life span than many of the other teachers as he is only a tiefling. But despite his fewer years he is still a very capable and powerful sorcerer with incredible control of his own natural talents. Some believe that as sorcery is innate it is a lesser form of magic than that which is learnt through study and hard work, however his immense control over the power within him makes him more than capable of matching his fellow leaders in their fields.
