Cathlan

The Cathlan are the dominant ethnic group in their eponymous Empire of Cathlan, and represent the most populous of the assorted Xuan descendent peoples. Culturally, they trace their roots to Heavenly Xuan, a bygone empire of which Cathlan is one of three pale inheritors.
