Hanry Totekinder

Maxmilian II Totekinder (Born Hanry Totekinder) was fourth Emperor of the Holy Gilder Empire and the first to be elected Emperor after the Emperor Rudolf Alven's first Golden Bull of 72 RD changed the Imperial succession from hereditary to elective.
During Maxmilian's reign he secured the southern borders through the establishment of the Margraviate of Stretoria in 94 RD - providing a home for the displaced Stresstorper people - and a mass construction of fortifications, with a large amount of the necessary funds sourced from Ulner gold mines and loans from various Court Zellens of Zellenban.
Maxmilian oversaw the diplomatic annexation of Hundal which was finalized in 100 RD, founding the Duchy of Totewald.
