Delbrook

Delbrook was a large town on the Emerald Coast of Odesh in the realm of Aeradonia. The town began as a small fishing settlement, but with its prime location at the mouth of three rivers, the town grew to be a hub of entertainment and trade around 0 AF. Delbrook was known for its turf war between rival criminal organizations like the Gutter Rats, the DeAngelo Crime Family, and the McGruglug Gangster Family.
The city was made up of 6 major districts:

• The Garden District
• The Market District
• The Entertainment District
• The South Docks
• The North Docks
• The Residential District

The town was mostly run behind the scenes by the DeAngelo gangster family. They control the South Docks, the Entertainment District, and the Garden District completely, with a significant hold on the rest of the city.
In the year 2 AF The Prismatic Academy of Magics was opened in the old Temple of the Weave by husbands, Caledon the Grey and Philrug the Aqua. This saw a shift in the culture of the city. More and more magic users came to the city for the academy, bringing with them knowledge and power. The Gutter Rats saw the writing on the wall and moved to a nearby city. The crime in the McGruglug and DeAngelo families died off with the patriarch, Vinny Antonio DeAngelo and the matriarch, Yahrug McGruglug DeAngelo. Delbrook quickly grew in following decades into a destination for many adventurers far and wide and the academy expanded to become the Delbrook Adventuring Academy.
In the year 45 AF Caledon struck and agreement with the Triton city of Deltamare to turn the city into a center of industry and education; the city was renamed Delbrassos as a sign of its new identity separate from crime. This agreement is now known as the Pact of Delbrassos.

Delbrassos

The center piece of the city Delbrassos is the Delbrook Adventuring Academy in the northern part of town. Much of the town's economy is built on the impressive market of magic items. The city is part of most major trade routes in Aeradonia and sees traffic from all species of people.
The city is made up of the following districts:

• The Education District - Home to the Delbrook Adventuring Academy, The Prismatic Academy of Magics, and the Multiversal Command Center
• The Garden District - Home to the wealthiest in the city, such as the DeAngelos, the McGruglugs, and the Riccis
• The Market District - Known for its Magic Market
• The Entertainment District - Known for its Hippocampus Race Track and the famous Mama Aphrodite's tavern.
• The South Docks - Port of trade for the city
• The North Docks - Port for travelers, adventurers, and pleasure cruises
• The Residential District - The densely populated residential center of the city
• The Mining District - Northeast of the city the Glistening Mountains are home to a dwarf community of miners.
• The Sea District - The underwater section of the city that is home to many Triton that come from Deltamare
