Mayor Gregory Deacon is the mayor of Picker's Outpost in The Waste. Mayor Deacon has been in charge for a while since he struck a deal with The Tyrant of the Chrome Oasis. The Mayor has agreed to pay taxes to the Tyrant and sell him the majority of the ore mined in the town.
