Chrome Oasis
The Chrome Oasis, once just called The Oasis, was a city built around water that thrived in a land that punishes most. After the mysterious Tyrant came to The Waste however, the city has become a place of corruption. Most of the residents are now either part of the Ashi Clan or they are working as slaves for the Tyrant on the oil drills.
The city can be separated into 3 levels. The lowest level, the Drills, is mostly warehouses and oil drills. The middle level, the Old Town, is residential and commercial areas for those that work with the Tyrant. And the top level, the Forbidden Fortress, is home to the toughest of the Ashi Clan and the Tyrant himself.
