Demons in the Woods

Something unnatural and terrifying lurks in the woods just south of Mananda.

The players -- Leon, Kriv, Bachydios Ignis, Torian Norixius, Aven, Kite, and Kelnock -- are encourage to seek out a strange creature in the woods which has attacked women washing clothes at the river. They find the feasting on a woodland creature and kill it.   Returning, another villager and her child tell the story of another creature -- very different in description of the first -- had attacked them as well, slightly further to the east of the river. Adding two new arrivals to the party -- Gesh and Tulio -- the party tracks it back to a cave, scrawled all over with demonic writings and finding the charred remains of some orcish creature.
