Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

Most of what is known of Lycans comes from their interactions with humans and vampires. Most of these relations were on poor terms, with the group largely shunned by both. Historically, Vampiric archives and records of Lycans typically blamed the group for their own tense relationship with humanity on the Lycans, at least in part, citing that due to humans feeling the need to war and defend themselves against the Lycans, vampires also came under fire as well.
There are very few verified human records of Lycans, most of which seeming to confuse them with vampires and lump the two groups together. Of what records exist, almost all regard both groups with high degrees of fear and suspicion.
