Tokyo
Guilds and Factions
Tokyo is home to Hikaru Vulapin, God of Foxes's cult, with an entire district of the city, the Red Maple District, being run by her priests and followers. Outside of the district, Hikaru's cult still maintains a large presence, often heading, funding, and supplying many festivals, both religious and cultural. As a trading hub between different gods allied to or in good favor with Hikaru, the area is a prime shopping district for artisans and those fond of local handiwork, with fashion being a prime focus.
Sasakia, God of Butterflies, also maintains a firm presence in the city alongside her cult, greatly influencing Tokyo's brewing industries. The vast majority of Tokyo's liquor, be they traditional sakes and wines, or other alcoholic beverages, is produced in breweries owned by or associated with her and her priests.
A much more minor influence, Ryoma, God of Tuna and his following are also known in the city, primarily in or around Tokyo's Anthropological Society, whose enterance courtyard functions as a shrine to him.
