Queen’s Hand

The hand of Queen Hendira and House Norinel was heavy here and dominated the temples and shrines all along the Sacred Way to Long Street. Kimantorings and mercenaries such as the Masks of Kitor and the Nightowls patrol the streets and alleys while priestesses and their attendants go about their daily activities. Members of Enfranchised Houses from outside Nochet are relatively common visitors, often seeking audiences with the leaders of House Norinel.
