Being the head of House Deepforge allows the deeply hedonistic Ferrus to divulge in a life of drinking and eating, although this lifestyle choice has lead to some seeing him as incompetent and weak in the political world. Ferrus is a loud man, often boasting of his wealth and his family's former glory. Some say he drinks as much as he does to escape the fact his house is slowly falling to debt.
Ferrus is obsessed with collecting strange creatures in his underground prison, the impenetrable 'Nethermost'.
