Zigil has grown up in the turmoil of the world just after the Separation, finding power in those who rose she clung to them. Her being prone to violence landed her quickly in the place of Guildmaster of The Mining Guild. Her greed and gambling lead to large amounts of mess and disaster for her in her work, but then she just takes it out on the prisoners. Despite the quality of life at the prison, her living quarters are very opulent.
