A friend of Elinor's from her school days. Much more outgoing than El and has been pushing her to be more social since they were kids. Definitely tempers her more severe side with his humor and jokes. Did not excel academically in the same way as Elinor so she pushed to get him a position within the mining company where he worked his way up to her secretary.
