Born in Driftwood to a family of moderately wealthy merchants who made a living trading Salt and Clay with The Crimson Coast cities, it garnered them the ire of The Apex Republic loyalists and made the piraihas. As funds ran dry, Gerardo and his brother Satori il Avaro di Dalsecco began working for The Crimson Wake as bounty hunters, eventually starting to sell those captured for more than their bounty was worth. A few years later and the Brothers became infamous as the "Cock sellers of Driftwood" for their slave trade on Driftwood: Chicken Docks.
