The current agenda of the House is to regain its lost Council Seat, and gain glory for themselves and the republic through military exploits in the east.

History

One of the Houses which emerged in the 14th century when the Republic really hit its stride. The House became vastly wealthy during that time, and has at times been believed to have more money in its vaults than the GDI of the Republic. The House has never been the most powerful politically, the focus has generally been on wealth, though they have traditionally held a seat on the council since the 15th century. The number of members of the house has dwindled in recent years as successive patriarchs have attempted to consolidate the vast holdings of the house. This nearly led to the extinction of the main line. In 1960 Lucia di Valletta was born to Timeo di Valletta. She became the head of the house in 1992 on her father's death. She was denied her father's seat on the Council, and is currently leading The Apex Expeditionary Force in Haru .
