This trade guild is one of the most prominent in Harperrim. They operate primarily out of the Western Xīfāng shùqín district of the city. They are primarily a guild of cobblers and builders. However, they also provide a "security service". For a small monthly fee they will make sure the various small gangs of Xīfāng shùqín leave the customer alone.
