Fungus adventure resolution
Knight, Ril, Whittle, Rodger Dividing loot from fungus adventure. Whittle used 3 vials of dream pollen, Knight used 1, Knight (after investigating Sith’s tower) asked Sith to look into the dangerous-feeling figure in the fungus cavern near New Hallownest. Arcane means failed to locate the cavern. Psionic means got a stuttering, jolting, almost horror-movie view of a cloaked figure with a curved sword.A new adventure begins
Othar, Garrek, Shane, Morros Hunting for a legendary sword on Othar’s behalf. Garrek has been offered a favor; he’s helping Othar be able to return to his homeland, so he may be able to get Othar’s help in returning to his homeland. The group met a giant crocodile/komodo dragon and befriended it. Named it Modo. Found a semi-decomposed body in two pieces. It was being protected by a sand elemental wyvern thing that wanted us to bring its friend back to life. We agreed in exchange for protection for the time it would take Shane to recover after the resurrection. The person turned out to be a youngish female hobgoblin. She’s a shaman named Hliden. She says the sand spirit was the one who got her into this mess and got her killed. Othar and Garrek had fun putting together a shelter for the night out of trees and local stones. Othar then took Hliden for the ride of her life to look for the undead she was sent by the sand spirit to stop. (She was supposed to stop them before they woke up, but she died on the way to something she didn’t see.) The first group has been woken up, as have the second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth. More are on the way. The minions of the Tower, an old enemy of Othar’s line, are responsible. The group found a secret bunker in the ruined city adjacent to the undead summoning rituals.
