A kuo-toa city in the Meridan Underdark southeast of Darkhome. Mostly underwater. Fresh water is provided by an ancient and nigh-indestructible machine in a cavern to the west; this machine has also proven capable of slowly draining the water in the cavern if controlled by the wrong hands, so it's an important thing to defend.
The city was abandoned in November of 23 ARL, with the population moving to join another kuo-toa city to the north.

Demographics

The city was (by all appearances) entirely inhabited by kuo-toa and their guardian creatures.

Government

The city was ruled by a kuo-toa queen, an especially large kuo-toa with a fishlike tail in place of legs.
