Duff (no last name) is a Jerritorian gladiator who was freed from slavery by Buzz Gizmo. A big, scary, scarred man who wields a morningstar. He is unexpectedly good at organizing troops.

Personal history
Sometime prior to December of 23 ARL, Duff was captured and enslaved by an as-yet-unidentified man in a red cloak. He was freed when he, the man, and some fellow slaves (including Johann Erstklein) were unexpectedly deposited inside Buzz Gizmo's spelljammer as it left Leithien for the Renedge system's asteroid field. Buzz and the unexpectedly freed Johann drove the cloaked man away before Duff and the others woke up, and Buzz freed the lot of them from any remnants of the magical enslavement.
Duff joined the party on their journey to space with the expectation that he'd be dropped off at home when they returned.
