One of the generals of the The Black Samurai's army, and a very skilled swordsman. Participated in the war to retake Shisui from corruption in the summer of 23 ARL. Was briefly in charge of the deployment base in Fish Eye, and was the one to give the Shadows of Existence their mission options, leading to their search for the Emerald Lantern. Dueled Knight to get his measure, and both came out of it very impressed with each other.
General Kigachi was killed in an ambush between September 5th and September 10th, 23 ARL. The Scorpion Clan of Shisui was likely responsible.
