Tomaki Hizari

A young martial artist from the Unicorn Clan of Shisui. She was Jin Uzamara's herald when his party searched for the Emerald Lantern in September of 23 ARL. She was known for being exceptionally fast and agile, winning a spar with Sunderfury Ironspire when her party encountered the Shadows of Existence for the first time during that search.
